SHIPPING:

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We typically process orders in 1-3 business days. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sales. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail. Please note that once a package is scanned by the carrier the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and we are no longer liable. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment, a claim must be filed with the shipping service provider, not with our offices.  Please ensure that your shipping address has a secure location.

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to upgrade to express shipping or request a signature confirmation please contact us at curious@workoffiction.us for a quote.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. Please note, USPS Global Express is the only shipping method which provides ase NoIf you require Delivery Confirmation/Tracking, USPS Global Express is the only shipping method which includes these services. If you wish to select your shipping provider please contact us at curious@workoffiction.us for a quote.

International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country. The purchase price does not include taxes or import duties.

If international deliveries are refused and returned to sender, tThe original shipping cost will not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY:

Clothing items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments. Panties are not returnable. Sale items and Vintage items are FINAL SALE.

All products must be in unused and, unwashed condition,,  and with all original tags still attached. Work of Fiction does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promotion are FINAL SALE. Refunds to original payment methods incur an 5% restocking fee.

TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST

Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped or returned to our studio within five seven (75) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments.

Please email us at curious@workoffiction.us to receive a Return Authorization number. The Return Authorization number RA# should be visible on the outside of the return packaging. We are not responsible if  the returned package is lost, or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.
